We like to make our deliveries to you as easy and convenient as possible.

With so many products in stock we are proud to offer as one of our services a quick shipping on stocked mattresses, divan sets, pillows and self assemble furniture 

Please note our delivery company/courier only deliver to the door. The delivery drivers are not insured to enter private premises. Should you need help upstairs or require assistance with the positioning of your product, you must arrange this yourself.

When possible, we are happy to offer DELIVERY to most of our mainland UK customers. However, we transport our goods by road and therefore there are a few geographic areas that fall out of our free next day delivery coverage. We are pleased to be able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the English Isles, the Channel Islands the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere in Europe however a delivery fee will be incurred and extra time is required. The timeframes and delivery costs of products not in stock are dependant on our suppliers. Please generally allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Some of the brands we stock offer more favourable delivery times, please see the chart below as a guide:

Bespoke Furniture, Special Orders and High End Brand Furniture:

The delivery of special orders, Bespoke furniture and high end brand bedroom furniture (such as solid wood bed frames and furniture by Brigitte Forestier, Frank Hudson, and Presotto etc) necessitate the use of specialist delivery personnel and delivery charges will be levied based on the distance travelled to make delivery and the size and weight of the item. The charge incurred will cover delivery, assembly and the removal of packaging. Customers are advised to inform us of any restrictions regarding access to the property. When you receive your item(s), please make sure that you inspect the goods carefully before signing. Make sure the packaging that your item(s) arrive in is in good condition. If the product looks damaged in any way please sign for it, but write the word DAMAGED on the signature note and inform us within 24 hours. This type of damage is very rare, but we recommend and suggest that you do this in order to protect your statutory rights. If your item(s) has been damaged in transit, signing for it damaged will help us greatly expedite replacement parts or items.
